Top 3 are Zen, Be, and Eclipse (84% to 77%).
Things certainly must change fast. I was with Eclipse on a months free trial a few years back and they were so bad I left inside the month. They proceeded to take apparently random sums from the CC they insisted you used to sign up to the free trial until 3 months down the line they owed me over £80. It was only the threat of a small claims court action that eventually got that refunded and the nonsense stopped.

:D I was with Eclipse many moons ago and have been through several ISPs since then, but each and every month I get a bill from Eclipse for £0. I've tried ringing them, but can't get through to anyone. I just pop the envelope in the bin. What a waste!

This is why it is ludicrous basing your ISP choice on reviews that are over a year old, like those on DSLReports - the Orange broadband service is now completely different than what it was only a few months ago. A different infrastructure, run by a different company. It makes no sense to read reviews of their old LLU system and make a consequently uniformed decision.
