Avon's from memory, unless they're on the back.
    Not a poor tyre.

Vauxhall wishbones are made of cheese.

Had this problem a few times on a Cavalier, and a Daewoo Nubira (which is a MK3 Astra in all but name).

Hi, my Corsa has tyre wear on both fronts on the inside edge, the LHS is less than the RHS but they are both wearing on the inside.

Had a Veccy B from new that did exactly that. Tyres would only last 1 to 4k with numerous good tyre tracks.
Although these tyre places say camber is not adjustable, it is to an extent with the over large holes in the struts.
The only way mine was cured was to replace all rubbers with Powerflex and fit adjustable camber bolts. Then had to find a place that specialised in setting cambers and 4 wheel tracks (One in 50 square miles.) Difference was same new tyres then lasted and worn evenly to 14k on fronts, i am hard on tyres!

Assuming tracking isnt out, if theres a camber towards the gutter, you can feel the front right being dragged in with sidewall folding.
Also noticeable if one tyre touches wet when the other is on dry. All the main symptoms of tracking issues you could physically see more negative camber on passenger side than drivers side.

When you've had the alignment sorted, put the worn tyres on the rear as they will continue to wear unevenly (due to being mishapen - its the steel bracing!).
