hi
today i tried to apply for virgin.net broadband... and when it came to the credit check it said "oops theres a prob with the info u supplied - please call 0845xxxx"
i tried the number but there call centre is shut.
now i have an immaculate credit history, and have never been rejected before. so i thought there must have been an mistake... so i tried going thru the application process again... same result.
stupidly i tried again, still with no luck.
my question is, will these 3 applications in 15 minutes each go down individually on my credit report, therefore making me look "desparate" and adversely affecting my credit rating? if so what can i do about it?
please help!
