  • Yep I've been to Ground Zero during August 2004 and 2005.

    Done!
  • I visited with family in 2004 and working for the Emergency Services I was invited into the relatives room within the compound of Ground Zero itself. That day was the first time I can ever remember seeing my father cry.

  • Completed too... We were there on the anniversary last year... Didn't spend very long there at all as felt it disrespectful to all those people who were there that day who had been directly affected

    Done it too.
  • Thanks so much for all your responses. I'm amazed at how much interest that its already generated. I can't really give specific answers to the questions in the questionnaire as its a very personal topic but I can give you a brief overview....for example many people think that the iron cross that still stands there is a appropriate memorial. I would be happy to give a breif overview on the answers to any other questions people are interested in aswell.
Its also really intresting hearing about all your experiences at the site of Ground Zero. I'm going to visit next week and although I've been before it will be interesting seeing how its changed from 2002 when I last visited.

    I've been Money Tipped!
    Done as well.

I got a load of replies off forums as well last year when we were doing a marketing project. It's a great way of generating responses but have to be really careful to qualify why you choose this method and also be careful with the reiability of the answers.

I'm doing my dissertation as well at the minute and have chosen to just use Secondary research - Leaving the primary stuff until I go Post Grad - lol

    Completed.
    Good luck with the dissertation.
I'd be interested in your view about how things have changed at the site since 2002. I visited in Feb 2002 and then Feb 2005, and thought there was a significant difference.
