Thanks for starting us off, cookie.
My week is about using up stuff from my overflowing freezer: stuff with an (F) is frozen.
Friday - sausage (F) and baked bean casserole
Saturday - possibly out, if not a Chinese not-really-a-takeaway (Singapore noodles (F) from my last real takeaway, plus some bits from the supermarket)
Sunday - Italian toad-in-the-hole (a new recipe, from here) (sausages (F))
Monday to Thursday -
chilli burger (F) with veg tagine (F)
pesto, tomato and mozzarella French bread (F) pizza
squid (F) and tomato pasta
chicken (F) and ham (F) supreme with rice
That should clear a bit of space!Back after a very long break!0 -

Thursday: Burgers in buns (OH is cooking!)

Saturday: dinner at OH's parents
Sunday: Beef casserole with baked sweet potato
Monday: Leftover veg curry (hoping I get inspiration on the leftovers thread!)
Tuesday: Pasta with a bacon & tomato sauce
Wednesday: Jacket spuds with whatever's lying around
Not too bad for the next week - it'll be the week after that's really scratching around!0 -
sun - brisket, mash and veg
mon - suppossed to be fritata but going to need all the eggs my girls lay for a wedding cake
Tue - Chinese pork belly with stir fry greens
Wed - Jerk wings with rice and peas
Thurs - Fajitas
Fri - Pasta bacon and toms
Sat- out at weddingPeople seem not to see that their opinion of the world is also a confession of character.
