I would mention it to your doctor the next time you are there. The places you are saying you are dry is what is known as the T zone and that is usually oily. Its also the zone where rosecea hits first, thats defined by redness, spots and flakes. Also that you are saying its spreading out along the cheeks as well.
Anyways Im no doctor, just advising that it may be worth getting a doctor to look at it0 -
