Is it possible to get out of Orange Pay monthly contract?

I am afraid that Freedom of Information Act does not apply in this case. It is the Data Protection Act(s) and Orange can charge £10 for the information. Voice calls are data as well, by the way.

Grumbler may have missed this point but he is right in saying verbal contracts are valid and, as a lot of mobile contracts are done over the phone, you must realise that unless the verbal contracts were valid, the networks would not sell by this method.
