Sharing Talk Talk Connection

Have had to move in with parents for a couple of months and I'm trying to connect to their Talk Talk router. They don't know the password they used when setting up the connection and my laptop is asking for that for me to continue.
So, is it easy enough to phone Talk Talk and ask for that password? Or is there another way to find it on the system without phoning them? I've just been through a house move and cannot face phoning Talk Talk unless its necessary. What is easiest way to go round this?
Cheers - no doubt a really simple/silly question however technies we are not.

Quite often the wifi key (which is what you're probably being asked for, not the router admin password) is printed on a label on the bottom of the router. Is this the same for TT?0

TT won't know the password. If it's the default, it will be marked on the router (if the default has not been changed, which it should have been), or with the packaging.
Failing that, you'll have to do a factory reset and enter the username and password again via the web interface (using the ethernet cable) to reconnect.
In the meantime you can connect the laptop by ethernet anyway. No free lunch, and no free laptop
