Any cheap sim only deals with T-Mobile?

Hello everyone,

My son is looking for a cheap sim deal with T-Mobile. It would be difficult for him to pass a credit check as he has only lived back in England for a few months after 3 years travelling around the world and he isn't on the electoral register yet. I saw a post about a sim for £6.00 per month with 100 mins/100 texts and a feee booster but the link doesn't work so I guess the deal must be out of date.

I would take out a contract for him but there is a strong possibility that he will be off on his travels again in January 2012.

He would really like to have the internet booster on for obvious reasons.

Any information on current deals would be great.

Why t-mobile only?

All the rest of the family and most of his friends are on T Mobile and can call him for free with their plans. He signed us all up when he worked there!

Would you not consider a cashback deal with say E2save etc in your name?
17 months free on an 18 month contract combined with say £30 from Topcashback would make it a free deal with a free handset.
Hurdles to overcome, but easy hurdles.

May not be suitable, but just a though.

Are you a T Mobile customer yourself, if so they will do a deal with you for an extra sim. I pay an extra £12 a month so my son can get 600 minutes, 1000 text and free internet which he is very pleased with xxx

Thanks for the replies. The 18 months contract isn't suitable as I don't expect him to be in the country that long!

I am a customer with T-Mobile so I think I might give them a call and ask about the extra sim mentioned in the last post.
