in Water bills
If you're not metered, how much do you pay for your water and sewerage?
What size and kind of dwelling do you live in?

If you are on RV billing, then the bill is determined by the RV-the size and kind of dwelling would be entirely irrelevant.
The water utilities do not set or have any influence over the RV, which is a historic figure. No free lunch, and no free laptop0 -
As said above, both water and sewerage charges for unmetered properties are totally dependant on the Rateable Value(RV) of your property - you can find it on your bill, or ask the water company.
Some houses have a really low RV and the total bill could be as low as £100 a year, others with a high RV could pay well over £10000
