Hello, can I come back?
Gizmodo (31) TTC#2 since 11/11
Finally AF arrived today :j so CD1 and TTC begins
DD is 9.5 months old and we're hoping not to have a huge gap, although I know things don't go to plan sometimes.
Last time I did charts and took my temperature etc. But I'm not planning on doing that this time (at least not for a few months). Mainly because I don't want to set my alarm to take my temperature each morning! I'm enjoying my lay ins (still on Maternity Leave).
We used conceive plus last time and will be doing so again.
Look forward to getting to know you all.

BZ - sounds like a busy week, hope mil's op goes ok,
Nicki - keeping fingers crossed for you.
Giz - welcome back, I remember you from last time you were here, hope your stay is short.
Hugs to all who need them and sbdta x0 -
Just a quick note to wish everybody a happy Saturday night - and lots of hugs and luck to everybody! I am really enjoying reading the posts, am very excited that we are trying for a baby but a bit nervous too, and find it so helpful reading the forum.
I am on CD13 today, although only counting from my withdrawal bleed so no idea what that means yet. Am checking cm in the hope that I might find some signs of ov this week, haven't bought any OPKs yet as I am trying to patient and wait a couple of months before timing everything... patience is not my best quality tho
Does anybody buy their OPKs from Amazon? Seen lots of cheap ones on there but no idea how reliable.
Wishing everyone a good rest of the weekend!0 -
Thanks ladies! I'm currently trying to persuade DH to have a bath with me but I don't think it's going to happen. He keeps going on about how hundreds of people have used the bath which is kinda killing the mood
That's fine because I can have a nice soak on my own and pounce on him later when we get back! He's not escaping me that easily :rotfl:
Fingers crossed or both of you.
xx
I always think that about hotel baths too, Ive literally only used them twice - once because we got an amazing deal on a room with a bath with spa jets in it so I felt i should make the most of it, and another time because of a problem in our original room happening twice, we got upgraded to one with a jacuzzi that you could literally sit in and watch tv, it was huge and in the living room bit not the bathroom!
The first one I got into and literally sat on my feet for a bit :rotfl:I think its the ocd cleaning freak in me. DH thought I was crazy.
The 2nd one was fine though, because my sister came to stay in the room with us for a couple of nights (it was in toronto and she lives in canada) and so we just got in there in our bikinis because we were so happy like a couple of kids about the room upgrade, whilst DH sat and watched telly. I was fine when I was wearing swimwear, I guess cos its the same as being in a swimming pool or whatever. But a bath does freak me out a bit lol. Dh has no issues though!
Is the hotel youre in a chain hotel or an independant one?Just a quick note to wish everybody a happy Saturday night - and lots of hugs and luck to everybody! mrsj28 I have bought the opks from Amazon and they seem to work well for me. I have just had the pregnancy tests from Amazon as well, so we shall see how good they are on Monday.
Feel really weird tonight and not at all myself. Have a feeling like I am starting AF but in a different way. Nausea and a weird feeling. Fingers crossed for me please. My bbs are so sore as well, in fact they are beyond the normal soreness before AF. Had a mouthful of lager and it tasted like poison and was disgusting, so gave it OH.
Really hope my body is not playing games this month. Almost had enough of this happening.Halifax CC £1029/£2490, Tesco CC [STRIKE]£0/£3203[/STRIKE], Tesco loan £15431/£15808, Carloan1 £6743/£8241, Carloan2[STRIKE] £0/£3813[/STRIKE]

Welcome back GizGiz - welcome back, I remember you from last time you were here, hope your stay is short.Hi giz! I remember you from the Parents Thread!
I remember my early symptom from the first time around. I wonder if it will be the same. I had increased saliva - like a LOT! I remember symptom spotting it at the time and trying not to get excited about it. It's going to worse this time I think. I'm trying to remain cool, but the second time is just as exciting as the first.Baby Giz born 6/2/110
