my name is Laura, have been trying for a baby for 4 months now with my husband. i am sorry but i dont have the time to read all the threads, so apologies if i am repeating anything.
For others trying and need some help with charting their cycle search for colleen norman and fertility and you will find her website , you can even contact them to find out where your nearest teacher is. i have seen mine twice and find it really helpful, was free as well.
i am also a nutritional therapist and believe what we eat is very important pre conception, during pregnancy and breast feeding, some great books to read on this are belinda barnes, beautiful babies, fabulous families, wonderful world and how to get pregnant faster by marilyn glenville.
i am feeling slightly anxious that we will not conceive naturally as i am 30 and my husband 33, i know it is early days yet. it is also very annoying people asking my when i am going to have children, i have told no one we are trying, it really doesnt help the situation.
best of luck to you all and look after yourselves,

Hugs for emsbet for the cramping - I'm sure your best friend will understand - why don't you have a girl's night in pyjama party - get your DH to go out an buy some pizza, popcorn, ben & jerry's and get some chickflicks for you both, and snuggle on the sofa with a duvet and hot water bottle for your cramping. Can you take anything to ease the pain?
Thanks. I took some paracetamol earlier which helped. It wasn't too bad really just depressing because I thought the bleeding had stopped. I'm ok now. I've read about lots of people who had the same plus the procedure I had on saturday probably set it off again.
Happy birthday Rebekah

morocha, I'm hoping to do something in health promotion when I finish studying, I work with vulnerable families just now and really enjoy it, I need to wait and see though, my work situation is a bit strange just now! i'm sure you will be fine, I also hadn't realised that English is not your first language, I'm rubbish at languages, so well done you :T
I'm still being good-no SS'ing, knicker watching or POAS for me!0 -
Evening all
Congrats moneysaver and happy birthday Rebekah.
Hugs Emsbet, and fannyanna (although very pleased about your good news for you).
Well I feel proper carp today, bloated, grumpy and sore boobs, which is making me even more grumpy as I feel like AF is on her way, although it is way early for me. grrrr, also bloomin knackered, but sure that the stress of nearly having sold our house isn't helping. Hopefully we will exchange by the end of the week, but our buyer is being an a-hole and messing us about, so who knows!
Hope everyone is good, have a lovely evening and SBDTA xxxxBoots: £107.xx on AC :j
