On the ditzy front, when we were students I once turned up with my boyfriend (now hubby) a day late for our flight back to see my parents, and was so upset that we had lost our money, that my now FIL who had given us a lift to the airport took pity on us and bought us new tickets for that day and drove us 50 miles to another airport to catch a new flight.
I also about 5 years ago when booking flights back to see my father for his 80th birthday for the whole family booked them the wrong way round, so we flew from his house back to London on our outbound journey and away from London inbound. My husband was less than impressed by that and we ended up being 12 hours late for the celebration weekend and about £500 worse off as a result!
Surprisingly I am still allowed to make the travel arrangements....0 -

Bad news from me i'm afraid, reading back my posts i always new something wasnt right and unfortuately i was right!! My pregnancy was ectopic, i had to have emergency surgery, not good news after either, surgeon said one tube lost and the other badly damaged so no chance of concieving again naturally!!
Absolutely devastated, got to wait a few weeks to know for sure if we need ivf but the consultant seemed pretty definite.
Hugs to all who need tonight and i will catch up soon,

So sorry to hear that 2ttb3.
Sorry too to mishka and emsbet. I really feel for you.
Today is cd1 for me. First Af since miscarriage. It's pretty painful and heavy but I kind of feel like it's 'reset' my cycle and I'm really mentally ready to try again. Here begins cycle 18.
Thinking of you all x0 -
My hubby is fantastic!
He came home from work tonight and immediately guessed that I'd had a miserable day. Have had a chat, lots of cuddles and sympathy and he's gone off to pick DS1 up from his evening activity and is going to bring takeaway back. Just love him to bits0 -
;47603049]I was wondering what sort of tests do they do and if anyone knows of any websites so i can reassure her everything will be fine. Since she has first started her periods they have never been regular. Sometimes she might have 2 a month then sometimes not have any for 3 -4 months. Any help will be much appreciated.
The first consultation is just talking. Bring a list of her cycle dates:)
Then on to scans (internal dildo cam), blood tests (at the beginning of her cycle & 7 days after ovulation), and semen analysis for you.
Depending on the results, they may give you clomid to try for few months and/or do HSG/Lap & Dye/Hycosy to check her tubes.
If not successful after that, it's onto IUI and IVF.
She should go before she is 40 as NHS cut off for IVF is around 40.EDIT: On the first post there are 2 ovulation thermometers but to the life of me can not see any differences. Is there any? If there is which one is better please? Thankyou againSorry I dint mean to upset anyoneI bet they are making a mess, little scamps.
:p:p
No!! I rushed home from town and was late so went straight to the surgery!! Booked and then they said its tomorrow!!
