KScarlet, I take pregnacare, but any old folic acid is fine. People avoid normal multi-vitamins as they contain vitamin A.
As for temping, you take it first thing, before moving/talking/eating/drinking or going to the loo. You should get a BBT thermometer which has 2 decimal points (like 36.78c).
A lot of us chart using fertility friend website (free). Click any of the names on the Team Sticky list which are blue:cool:
Ph? Do you mean ovulation predictor kits?
Thanks for the replyx I have seen boots do a conception vitamin which looks similar to pregnacare so I might try those. I am sure that last time around there wasn't so many types?! For some reason I seem to think I took a 'conception to breastfeeding' supplement but maybe I imagined it!
Thanks for the info on temping, I did eventually find the link on the first page to some temp kits on amazon, I will give those a go. I will have a look at fertility friend (i used a website last time around but apparently it doesn't exist anymore!)
The pH thing was something I saw on a ovulation kit on ebay, it included strips to check whether you pee was acid/ alkali but i have no idea if that even needs to be tested?!
Good luck ladies xxTrying to save for a deposit

TeamLowe, snotty sounds good, BD tonight?
euro, :rotfl: Glad you got to pee:cool: Cars went up in flames because of short circuit?
atton, that's a +OPK:cool: BD for the next 3 days?
Once a day is enough:o0 -
my ladybits have always been slightly acidic, does make me worry (only know this cos it bleaches my underwear) but i think it's meant to be most of the cycle until you're fertile. duno what your weewee pH does though
...anyone know how Kitten Pie is getting on? i think she's getting up to when she lost the boys, i do worry about her, hope she's doing ok and has managed to relaxed somewhat
i think of all our graduates often, keep seeing their names pop up as last posted on the pregnancy threads, which makes me smile

He's on red alert but has recently taken up swimming (he does keep joking that he's trying to show his boys what to do lol) and we're going the gym tonight so he might be tired. i may just have to wait til he's lying down and jump on him, slightly rapey but never fails  x xLittle Lowe born January 2014 at 36+6

If you can BD regularly (every other day), then there's no need for OPKs. It's really for people like me who has DHs who can only BD once a week...0 -

I really hope kittenpie is ok too. I still see the odd post from her so fingers v tightly crossed that all's ok. I think she must only have a few weeks left - it does seem to go quickly!! I am so desperate to graduate, sometimes I have to stop myself from posting on the pg threads lol.
Just about to leave work to head to the scan and there's a massive storm. Not looking forward to driving in this.... let alone getting to my car in the first place..... I might drown!0 -

So they say! Although, on the emergency website, there were comments about a car arsonist in our town! The official stance is that it was a short circuit in the car. Linky to video footage here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_uLe_tBZgp4&feature=share
You can see my bike in the background (which was, luckily, undamaged)!February wins: Theatre tickets0 -

Hi Kscarlet, I swapped from pregnacare conception to the boots ones (purple and grey packet) this month. They look exactly the same and the vitamin amounts look similar/same to me too - I could only spot the £££ difference.2022 Target - Reduce new mortgage balance after house move - Part 1 (Ported) Starting balance £39,982.12 currently £37,242.19 Part 2 Starting Balance £101,997.88 currently £96,197.38 (as at 19/04/2022)0 -

I wouldn't let it worry you too much hun I had a very acidic foof and suffered with bleaching of my undies toobut I think it changes throughout the cycle, you could always try one of the lubricants which is supposed to help the ph of your lady bits x
Emsbet is due the 11th September, Kitten_Pie the 16th (think she mentioned the other day she will be induced a bit earlier though) and Sexymouse the 23rd.You never know how strong you are until being strong is the only choice you have.
xx Mama to a gorgeous Cranio Baby xx
