atton, I don't know anything about disability allowance, but glad you got it. Are there things like carer's allowance for your OH?
niknok, first 2 weeks go quickly for you because you are one of the lucky ones with regular cycles:cool:
Good luck oving:j
abis, glad you are feeling better, croissants and coffee in your motor home sounds ideal:happyhear
becca, have a good trip and come back with a BFP:wave:
Secretdebts, you could have had any anovulatory cycle?
Perhaps you are oving again, get BDing!:j
COMP, no SSingYou should know by now:D
Everyone has an slight estrogen surge in the middle of the 2ww, which can result in a dip as well as ewcm-like cm:cool:
Elsie, I'd BD just in case. Some people always have some LH in their system, so it can produce a false +. Perhaps you need a less sensitive OPK:o0 -
Oh already gets carers allowence0

When temping when would you expect a temp rise? The day of ovulation or after?0

Birdie – your post about work is exactly how I feel. I am filling out my mid year appraisal form just now and future plans include having a baby and working 3 days a week. I worked very hard to get where I am in my career but I am now much more interested in being a Mummy.
QQ – I am so sorry about your eggs, some quality time with DH sounds lovely.
Abis – I have my fingers and toes crossed that Monday’s results are better for you.
Rumfeeble – I agree about knowing the people on here in RL, I think it’s funny to imagine we all have “real” names (my parents weren’t cruel enough to name me definitely blonde :rotfl:). I have a few friends who had their baby young (mainly surprises so they can’t help re ttc questions) and the rest of my friends don’t seem interested at the moment; I really value our little community.
My friend announced she was pregnant just after I had mc and is due a week after I would have been due. She announced this morning that she has had her 20 week scan and is having another boy, everything she announces makes me feel so sad as I should be experiencing the same things.
((Hugs)) to those in need0 -
Oh yes I knew there was something else I was going to say............I know a few ladies here are suffering from spots and I wondered if anyone had any suggestions on products to use to get rid of them. My face looks like a kids join the dots puzzle at the moment and I am sooooo fed up with it . I am not the most confident person at the best of times and it is really starting to affect my confidence
.
The doctor had given me a lotion to put on my skin and I am still using it but it doesn't seem to be doing anything and is making my skin really dry. I had bought ProActive and started using that but that was during my 18 day cycle and not sure if the chemicals in it had anything to do with the 18 days (it was only 2nd cycle after mc so this is more likely the reason) but I don't want to use it now just in case.
I have lots of spots and little bumps all over my face, any suggestions would be gratefully received.0 -
Good evening ladies,
I do hope you are all feeling okay. Have I missed anything exciting?
Really sorry for TMI, but my bleeding has consisted of a lot of stringy, clotty sort of dry blood. I've never had that before and it's freaking me out a bit.
BTW, if anyone is going to be buying any tests, Amazon currently have a 2 pack of clearblue digital's for £6.34 delivered (that's the subscribe and save price but you can just cancel after the first delivery). They also have 2 packs of First Response for £6.23 delivered (again, subscribe and save). Hope that helps someone.
Big hugs DB. I have a couple of friends giving birth in the near future, including the b1tch who made those awful comments about my daughters death, and it really hurts. I have finally reached such a happy place in my life in terms of works, family etc etc and I am just desperate to be pregnant again. Thing is, I know we are all in that situation and it's so nice being able to come here and moan about it to good company
Hugs to anyone else who wants/needs them xx
Edit: I just read back the first few days...
QQ - I'm so sorry to hear about your eggsI hope you have better luck next time - when will they next be taking any? How are you feeling about it, if that's not a stupid question.
Also, yes, I take my temp under my tongue and always make sure there is a normal amount of saliva.
I am really struggling to come to terms with how my cycles have changed since DS. There were so regular and so short (25 days) before he was born and I have always fallen pregnant so quickly. My troubles so far are only adding to my worry that the C-Section did some damage
Abis - Sorry to hear your level's have risen. I guess that puts your TTC date back a little? That's really !!!!, I don't know what else to say. Hugs.
Elsie - Your temp rises after ovulation - the sustained temp rise is the only way to confirm ovulation has occured14th October 201020th October 20113rd December 20130 -
Is anyone else going to be testing on Tuesday? I'll be 14dpo then so should get an answer one way or another. I did try today and got a negative but it's still pretty early really, so I'm going to hold out till Tuesday now :cool:0

I can get tests from work and loads go out of date at the end of August so fingers crossed I'll need a few for testing before then. Not sure how sensitive they are though - the instructions say at least two weeks after BD.No longer using this account for new posts from 20130
