Well I was logging in to say it's cd1 for me, but now I'm not sure - been nothing since I got up this morning.....don't know what's going on. I'll wait and see tomorrow.
Don't think it's going to happen anytime soon for me - oh is going away for work again in a few weeks, for a month this time
 not sure how I'm going to cope with that.... Think I'm probabaly due to ov a day or two before he goes so I think we'll have to try and bd every day that week but as it's his birthday he'll probably be in the pub!0 -
Evening girls
Hugs for all the cd1's seems to be loads of you!
No bfp's this week?
So I have been using the eye mask for some lunaception and also taking soy from cd3-7
Do I wait to see some ewcm or take the eye mask off at cd13 anyway?
Lots of pma still, I feel like this is going to be a good cycle and if nothing else the eye mask is really helping with a good nights sleepIf at first you dont succeed, try, try again0 -
Also for any hayfever sufferers:
I have been using an allergy reliever from Lloyds pharmacy. It's a red light that you put up your nose. It seems to be working I'm definately not as bad as I have been and as we shouldn't be taking antihistamines when TTC it might help any of you suffering. It cost £15 so not ridiculously expensive and its something that actually works! DH calls me Rudolph when I use it though LOLIf at first you dont succeed, try, try again0 -
Hi QQ, fab news about bloods
really do hope this is your month.
Please could you put me on CD8, bit surprised as I seem to have ewcm already? Oh well will see if OH is up to BDing a bit more this month.
Hugs to all of you on CD1.
Had a pretty carp week, broken wisdom tooth, so on anti-bs. Then got pulled over by the police saying that we didn't have insurance. It turns out that our automatic renewal didn't happen due to a technical error at Privilge, so they told the police that we were covered, but still had to spend 30 mins in police car on way home from work with LO in our car with OH while i dealt with police. Then had to spend another hour on th phone with the insurance company to set up new policy! so that was yesterday, soooo glad it is the weekend!
Good luck to all those who are due to test xxxxxLeopardlady
Got married on the 26th April 08!!!!!!!:j:T

gahhhhh why can't I sleep ever. Just popped on to say can I predict 7 this month please QQ.
Am actually waiting for my oven to finish. It's my high school reunion tomorrow that me and a couple of mates have been organising for a couple of months. So have just made a loaf bread, 2 dozen cupcakes, a gluten free victoria sponge, a dozon gluten and dairy free cupcakes, a jelly and some millionaire's shortbread. And I didn't even get in from work til midnight! Still got a load of bits to find out and am a bit mardy as all hubby had to do was get my old school uniform out of the loft and hasn't even bothered to do that.
In warning may be feeling a bit sorry for myself monday, will be getting broody as am babysitting my friend's 8 month old all day.Remember never judge someone that makes a mistake, because in six months time it may be you that makes the next mistake.0 -

Morning ladies and gent (blacksta - are you there?! any news on your wife?)
Big ((hugs)) to all in need.
Had a big chat with DH this morning, and have decided we are going to NTNP for the next four months. Basically ttc is putting too much pressure on us, especially DH who is finding it difficult to 'perform' because he feels under pressure (even if I'm not actually telling him when I'm OVing etc, he says he is just always aware of the need to perform), and that's why we haven't been BDing much recently.
So, we've agreed we'll NTNP until the end of October, which is when I'll have been off the pill for a year, and if I'm not pregnant by then we'll go to the doctor.
I have handed over my BBT and OPKs to DH and he is going to stash them away somewhere! I don't really want to stop ttc at all but I know it's the right decision because NTNP gives us a better chance of having enough sex!
I had my CD21 bloods taken yesterday, but I don't think I've even ovulated yet this cycle - had a temp rise yesterday but back down again today. Will get the results and discuss with the GP and if see if there's anything that needs to be or can be done.
I'm going to carry on lurking here and will be back posting properly in a few months time. I really hope all of you have graduated by then!
Over and out for now...
Mrsj xx
p.s. during the 'big chat' with DH I said 'if we're not having enough sex, there's not point me taking my temperature, weeing on sticks and shoving my finger up my f**** to see if I'm fertile'. The look on his face when I said that last bit....:rotfl:0 -
Also... I have a VIP fertility friend membership to offer to anybody who would like it. There are about 200 days left on it, and Ikkle and Aida both got their BFPs when using it, so it might be lucky.....
Could somebody let me know how to clear my data from it?
And the first person to PM me about it gets it!
I'll keep my old account which is
My Ovulation Chart
QQ - could you change me back to that one for the list on the front page? I'd like to stay on the list if possible0 -
I read somewhere today that Carla Bruni (ex french first lady) is pregnant again and has such a significant bump she couldn't hide it anymore. She only had the last kid in September (3 weeks before I had DS) and is bloody 44 yet she has still managed to fall pregnant much faster than I have. Annoying!!!
No one knows what the circumstances are though. I remember reading this article about celebs all having these seemingly straightforward pregnancies well into their 40s and creating this idea that fertility just goes on and on.
The woman writing the article was a bit of a Hollywood insider (and very pro fertility treatment) and she said she wished they'd all admit that they're using egg donors
Same here. Who knows how Carla Bruni's conceived? I doubt it was completely natural..."Growth for growth's sake is the ideology of the cancer cell" - Edward Abbey.0 -

I understand what you are saying, I was just making the point that although she is 44 she has still managed to fall pregnant much faster than a clearly very fertile, actively trying 25 year old. Me!
Good luck to her. Both my parents were nearly 50 when i was born (totally natural and very quick conception apparently). My mother always said I was the sort of baby that if you had had me first, I would have been an only child14th October 201020th October 20113rd December 20130
