I have a quick question, if you have a 14 day lp, is AF the fourteenth day or the fifteenth? Does that make sense? Trying to work out when to expect her/ test if I'm lucky x x

I'm pretty sure that if you have a 14 day LP then AF arrives on the fifteenth day. Fingers crossed AF won't show up!

Hi everyone,

I'm afraid I will be back joining you, but not for a while yet. Had a missed miscarriage in May when I went for my dating scan and they found out it was a molar pregnancy.

This means that due to 2 sperm entering the egg at the same time, it created too many chromosomes, and the placenta then grew uncontrollably. A baby can't ever survive a molar pregnancy

Have to have my HCG levels monitored, wait for them to return to normal, and then have a 6 month wait after that to try and make sure it won't happen again in future (in some cases the molar tissue can regrow by itself, so they need to make sure its all gone properly before TTC again)

I wondered if it'd be ok to hang out here in the meantime tho? I don't really 'know' anyone on the waiting to TTC board and its a lot quiter than this one. Plus I'd like to hang around so I'm a familiar face when it does come to TTC again.

If its ok, then I'd like to predict 11 BFP's for June (inc QQ in that total )

Congrats for all the BPF's I've missed whilst I've been missing and hugs for all that need them.

Enjoy cuddling your new niece TeamLowe! I really wish I had friends/family with babies I could go round and cuddle regularly but sadly there are none! Think they're all waiting for me to have one so they can practice on it!

Lovely news that Mrs MSE is expecting, I love the idea of her lurking on here and saying to Martin, 'It says here that we have to BD tonight because I've got EWCM!' Don't think they'd have to worry about saving money by getting ICs for their HPTs and OPKs though do you?!

I'll kind of be celebrating the Jubilee, I've got no choice as have been helping to organise our village jubilee gala. Although I'm looking forward to it, I also can't wait til it's over. I'm completely knackered, have spent all week constantly organising stuff. Won't get to see anything actually as it's on as on the bar all day.
Just been sat making 40 kebab skewers up, as hubbie is having a bbq with his pool team mates at my work. I think there's enough meat there to sink a battle ship, 40 skewers, 30 burgers, 20 sausages, 8 steaks, 10 gammon steaks, 7 tubs of chicken drumsticks, there's only about 12 of them!!!

Off for a week now YAY. Off to see family and then off down south for a holiday park for 5 days. LOL pity it wasn't Ovu time in that week. Going to find loads to do tho and relax.
Will try to catch up while away.
I vote a very good vibe of 12 BFP due to being in health care and knowing these times and weather produce baby booms

Oooo vesper - the bbq sounds amazing - think I want to gatecrash that

I've gone jubilee crazy :j Me and DD have matching union jack vest tops (altho hers is worn as a dress) and loads of other accessories. We've been to a party at her school today dressed up and made jubilee buns together.

Tomorrow we head off for 4 days in the motorhome and I have all sorts of union jack tat for the motorhome! DH is soooooo not gonna be amused with his pride and joy being tacky all weekend long, haha!! We're heading to Chatsworth House and there is a street party there and a beacon being lit. Am very excited :j

Thanks Birdie, doing ok. Having good and bad days, but more good than bad. Kinda takes some getting my head around the having to wait to TTC as I would normally have been very keen to get going straight away again. Am gonna try n plan some little projects and things in the meantime to try and help take my mind off things.

Thanks MrsJ :beer: Thought I'd best come along cos there'll be all new faces by the time I'm able to TTC again. As all you lovely ladies who were with me on my journey last time will have graduated for sure by then :cool:

Sorry to hear your news abis21 - enjoy your break, sounds like you're going to have loads of fun!

I'm really upset this afternoon and didn't think i would be... Oh has been asked by his boss to go to America for a week at short notice - will be flying out next weekend, and guess when ov is due? Yep, smack bang in the middle of the week he's away. I've been really grumpy with him all afternoon and he has no idea why, in fact I don't think he's even realised AF arrived 2 days ago. Why are some men so useless?? He's the one that's been going on for ages about having a baby, and now I've come round to the idea, he's not even mentioned it..... SO that means it's going to be another month now....was hoping it would happen before my redundancy so I would be entitled to the company maternity pay but looking unlikely now.

Sorry for my rant!

What an awful time you have had abis21, I hope you have a lovely break.

As for me I am totally confused. After waiting a month after the mc (AF started on 13th May) I started to bleed again yesterday so only an 18 day cycle. My cycles are usually mid 30 to early 40 days so I am so confused. Was looking forward to some well timed Bd’ing over the long weekend but it is not to be L Onwards to next month. QQ can you change me to CD2 please. Can I also guess 9 BFP’s this month please?
