Looks like wife ovulated on CD22 but will confirm with tomorrow's BBT which means she will only have 7 days of Luteal Phase before AF arrives. I read somewhere that one needs at least 10 days of Luteal pHASE to conceive .

blacksta - you won't know how long the LP is until AF arrives. If ov was later than you thought, AF will probably be later too as that's the part of the cycle that's usually pretty accurate/regular.

As for folic acid, AFAIK men can benefit from just a standard supplement. I usually just get a supermarket own-brand one.

Hi everyone, there are some names here that I remember and I hope you can remember me!

Well just with a little update for you all....I am getting divorced...but Im much happier so good all round.

I am now using the mirena which I prefer as no periods for me - yay! and also no hormones so will be easy to get back to normal in the future.

I have met a wonderful new man and we have discussed having a family so I hope to be back online by the end of the year....fingers crossed.

Hope everyone is well and I still keep an eye on the people I remember....
