skintchick - fab news! congratulations! x

birdie - soy gives you a better ovulation, made me OV early, this cycle I ovulated CD14, last cycle was CD20!

Ahhh so basically it's exactly what I need! Will see about getting some, do you think it'll matter if I start it mid-way through my cycle?
Overcome the notion that you must be ordinary. It robs you of the chance to be extraordinary!

At the risk of sounding like a complete dunce - what actually is soy??

Natural alternative to clomid sounds exactly what I'm looking for!

Soy Isoflavones is a natural plant derived phytoestrogen (phyto means plant), which is an anti-estrogen, just like Clomid. Both are known as SERMs (Selective Estrogen Receptor Modulators). It works by fooling your brain into thinking its estrogen levels are low. This causes your body to reslease more FSH & LH which helps stimulate follicle production (same as Clomid). You take Soy Isoflavones, like Clomid, on CD 1-5 or 2-6, or 3-7 or 5-9.
  • Congrats skintchick will have my fingers crossed for you!

Thanku q I will take cd23 as it means my negative test could be just too early to show! - you must have amazing willpower not to resist the pee on a stick temptation!
