little miss sunshine, I guess vitamins are a good start, what about pre seed or sasmar conceive plus lubricant to help the good sperm on their way?

If you want to take multi-vitamins, you need one tailored specially for TTC, as Vit A is considered not good.

I've tried pre-seed, and I found it pretty good:)
Didn't even tell DH, but he didn't seem to mind:p

My husband also has slow sperm, so I have got him some vitamins to try and get them moving?

    I missed LSM's post before:p
DH tried Wellman, but he didn't like it, he said it made him sleepless, which I think is a good thing re TTC:D

I have mild PCO and DH has low sperm:wave:
With PCO it's only a matter of oving, and clomid will usually do the trick.
As for the low sperm, it depends on how low the sperm count is.

DH tried 1/2 tab of clomid every day for 3 months, and his count doubled:cool: But it was still deemed too low:o
  • Thank you all for the advise!

The Wellman ones are the ones my DH has got, his idea :) and I have boots own brand TTC ones.

DH has alot of Sperm they are just "a bit lazy" (DH's words!) so just looking for ideas to help speed them up lol

Not thought about any lubricant.. maybe that's the next move

Looking at changing my diet slightly to get more fruit and veg in, so keeping a food diary for a week and then seeing how to improve!

right then bring on the drugs to get me moving!

Thanks for all your advice xx

    Hey ladies
Time with mum was great, no ulterior motive and we managed to get the free Clinique sample that Martin said would have run out by now.

Oh and went to the Trafford with DH, we'd agreed to go to get some shirts on like Wednesday, we look in he second shop and he goes 'I'm not going to buy any til I know my collar size'
    ....
Remind me how I can't freezes his sperm then kill him lol

Got my revenge by eating his toffee cookie instead of my oatmeal and raisin by mistake. Not sure how that happened lol x x

And big hugs to skintchick and all our ladies who have lost, DH is firm believer that our baby tried to come to us once and didn't make it, so she's in heaven until she's ready to come to us again x x
