Wow they are lovely Tinks. I've just started 50-100 metres of bunting for our Jubillee gala, but luckily they are just simple ones.

:j hullo Secret, missed your craziness on here. Forgot about the reindeers, bet the AF room is still covered in glitter, it gets everywhere!

mmm just managed to scoff a load of yummy bread and jam. So naughty, but am starving tonight.

    Good morning:wave:
CD9 here, and the scan date is tomorrow. Fingers crossed the hormone levels, the lining and the ovary is good enougheusa_pray.gif

    SD, huge hugs for AF:(

    How are you?
    Here's some choccie for you:o
    Terrys-Chocolate-Orange-007.jpg
ChocolateIsLife, take the left ovary out?
They do say that even with on ovary, the pg % doesn't change much. He may just want to drain the cyst though?

As for FF, I don't take any notice of the predicted fertile time:o
Tinkwings, that's a lovely bag as always:)
    vesper, 100m bunting?

    Morning ladies,

Hope you are all well. We have had a fab holiday in New York, we didn't want to come home! We saw everything and I even got sunburnt visiting the Statue of Liberty. Unfortunately AF visited on the first day we were there. It was too difficult to use the CBFM with the time difference so we are taking this month off, well, not using the monitor anyway.

QQ can you put me at CD7 please? And good luck for the scan tomorrow

TMI - my periods are really short and really light, which would normally be a good thing but when TTC I'm a little worried. I get bleeding for 2 days max, and none overnight. Mind, I haven't had periods for over 10 years due to Depo injections and the implant but I remember when I was a teenager on the pill overnight was the worst time for bleeding. Does anyone have any ideas as to whether this is normal or not?

Sorry to hear about the cyst ChocolateIsLife, hope it goes OK at the consultant today and they don't have to remove anything. Let us know what happens :)

Welcome back Secrets  I hope you won't be here long :)

Can't believe you're making so much bunting Vesper! For our at-home wedding reception I made 100+m of bunting made from little paper flip-flops, and for some reason I thought that each flip flop should be unique... it took me soooooo long, I was heartbroken when the party was over and we had to chuck it all out! :o I was seeing little flip-flops for weeks afterwards! :p

I've got all my fingers crossed for you QQ! :D

I had my ultrasound scan today, no babies found (always hopeful!) but a "complex cyst". Back to see the consultant tomorrow but sounds like they'll be more surgery for me and I have a feeling he'll want to take the left ovary this time. Don't want to contemplate what else he may want to remove. Will find out more tomorrow but looks like ttc will be taking a back seat for a bit.

Just wanted to comment on this hunni, and offer you a bit of a support. In 2004 I had an ovarian cyst on my right ovary and due to the size and complexity of it it twisted my right tube and bled into my ovary causing me to need both the tube and ovary removing.

I did think for a long time it would affect my fertility and my periods did go a little bit haywire for a while until my body settled down, 6 months later i fell pregnant. Sadly that ended in a miscarriage but for a completely unrelated reason. (nobber ex) I thought for a long time time that my chances were gone I was never going to be a mum.

Fast forward a few years when I was ready to try again and I'm now 17 weeks pregnant. My periods were slightly longer than average at 34 days but as you can see I'm still in working order and so just because you might have to have an operation to remove one ovary don't think that will ruin your chances. It won't hunny, normally your other ovary compensates xxx

    best of luck xx
You never know how strong you are until being strong is the only choice you have.

    Piccie?

    Oh no...:(

    Not sure, according to wiki:

The average volume of menstrual fluid during a monthly menstrual period is 35 milliliters (or 4 to 6 tablespoons of menstrual fluid) with 10-80 milliliters considered typical.

If it's less, then there's a chance your lining isn't thick enough for implantation to occur.

    I think it's fine if it's just the one:D
I'd love one too, but I'm cutting sugar until ov:(

 hi ladies - just popping in very selfishly (not reading back since yesterday) to say woohoo FF has put the lines on my chart :j and even if I don't get a BFP this month I feel like we've managed to BD at the right times, so I'm feeling pretty pleased today :D

Back later and will read through and not just talk about myself :D
