tink - that stamp bag is gorgeous, I'm not surprised you've got lots of orders. Do you sell via facebook/folksy or to people you know? (Sorry, bit nosey there!)
I've got lots of knitting projects that need finishing off but somehow it never happens.... starting another one always seems much more interesting.
My skin is shocking today. Flaming typical the one weekend I've got loads on. This had better be a pg symptom to make it worthwhile and not just AF on the way. I look terrible!
Have to confess it's probably got a lot more to do with how much chocolate I've stuffed my face with this week...0 -
hullo just grabbing 5 minutes before I head off to work. Should really go and get changed as am covered in baby drool and sick, have been babysitting my friend's baby all afternoon while she baked some cakes for his christening on Sunday.
Question? How do people keep it fresh with their partners, dtd I mean? It just feels so clinical now, and it's starting to have an effect on hubbie physically. We couldn't do it again last night, as it felt that it was baby s,e,x not loving s.e.x.
We never got many questions asked about when we were going to get married as we were together over 8 years before we even got engaged. But a lot a people throught I was pregnant when we got engaged, as we then married within 4 months. Everyone was so surprised when I said there wasn't a bun in the oven, and it was purely rushed as the place was shutting down and that was the last date available.
Righteo off to work. OH has pinched the car, so got to walk, boo.Remember never judge someone that makes a mistake, because in six months time it may be you that makes the next mistake.0 -

Getting drunk always seemed to work for me  even if I wasnt as drunk as I acted sometimes
not telling hubby when it was 'good' timing so he never felt too under pressure, or throwing in the odd white lie and make him think the best time had past so it felt like a bonus for fun rompBow Ties ARE cool "Just because you are offended, doesnt mean you are right" Ricky Gervais0 -
Having a box of fun worked for us. When it was a crucial time I let OH choose from the box to ensure his participation.
TMI: Both times I conceived it was when we used a we-vibe (I have only used this twice and it worked both times, probably coincidence but you never know)Overdraft = £1000 Emergency fund = £2500

colli - great news xxx
generally speaking, people have stopped asking us about babies - we've been together 13 years and married 6.5 so probably think we're not bothered. I don't think some people realise how personal it is asking, it just seems natural progression. I must admit, in the past, before we started trying (and having problems suceeding), I didn't realise just how personal and potentially upsetting the question can be. I certainly don't ask people now!0 -
CamNOlliesmum I think you posted on the wrong thread chicken xxYou never know how strong you are until being strong is the only choice you have.

Hi camNolliesMUMMY,
I think you may have stumbled onto the wrong thread. There is a children under one thread and another parenting thread which will probably give you a better idea.Overdraft = £1000 Emergency fund = £2500
