I'm getting very fed up with this bleeding now :( (2 purple Always filled within about 4hrs this afternoon alone :o) I'm sick of the cramping, and the mess, and the paranoia I'll leak :o, and I'm missing dh, and it feels never ending... :(

Sorry, self indulgent moan over :o

2b - I didn't realise/remember that metformin wasn't to be mixed with alcohol  highly doubting that had much affect on you, compared to the 3 bottles of wine though! :p

Sorry guys, I did read up through the day but I've forgotten what else I was gonna respond to now :o oh but thanks to everyone for their concern :) who ever it was that asked (primmer/time2deal/teamlowe??) I've been bleeding since the 4th now, heavily with clots since the 13th... I don't know how it's still going on when it wasn't even a long cycle!?

I think you get to have a moan at the moment. You are coping remarkably well which it. I think you should go to your own doctor - it can't go on forever. Perhaps A&E just assumed you were worrying too much about a normal period...

I am supposed to be asleep. Long week starts again tomorrow, but I can never bring myself to go to sleep on a Sunday night.

What's up secrets? Why the sulk?
  • Stupid opk tests, nowt serious lol. I thought I'd be getting a positive today but it's gone from strongish lines (nearly positive) yesterday to faint lines today - to no line at all tonight. I can't decide whether I ov'd this morning & would have got a positive last night (if I hadn't been too vodka brained to test) or whether it's because I've been drinking tons of water today which has masked the positive. Or whether I haven't ov'd at all yet and it's still to come. If I did ov today then we caught it at the right time :) & I'll carry on testing anyway for a couple of weeks. Just frustrated that I'm not sure like the last couple of cycles.

Ps. I might have got a positive last night - I can remember testing & thinking ooh thats positive I'll go & jump oh. But the bathroom bins been emptied and I'm not sure now whether I dreamt it or not :rotfl: - I was fairly sozzled.

I was reading the other day that the LH surge can be missed if you test once a day, and it's definitely not as visible if you drink a lot of water. Last week I made a point of not drinking any water in the afternoon before testing. When I test it has to be 'yellow' for me to get a result. I am normally much more hydrated! Had to stop the constant water drinking I normally do.

You did tell us it was a positive I think! Check your posts last night. It's not too late - ov is 12-36 hours after a positive test, or so QQ tells me. And we know QQ is always right. :)

And anyway, it must be time for you to ov. We are normally in sync! I have zero symptoms now, after imaging some for the last few days. I also had a bad few days of eating, well not bad, but not as good as I had been doing. So feeling a bit guilty about that.

Back on the dieting wagon again this week, and hopefully the week passes fast so I can start to perhaps think of testing.

I'm going to sleep - night all!
