    everybody

Woah, I was unable to access the forum on my computer for about 24 hours, and look what's happened! Busy times!

:j:j:j:j:j:j:j for the BFPs! Kittycat and Kitten_Pie, CONGRULATIONS! Hope you will have a very happy and healthy 9 months :)

Welcome to all newbies - this is a great forum, really friendly and helpful, lots of advice and support and you can ask your most awkward questions :)

Too much else to catch up on... but can I just say... :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: at 'special bottom'

Nothing exciting to report here - CD5 and AF has disappeared (did that reappearing act on Monday evening after I thought it was all over on Sunday afternoon..). I agree, this part is the most boring, between AF and OV, would almost rather be in the 2ww.

Off to stock up on Evening Primrose Oil and cough medicine today. That and the folic acid are all I'm going to take this month, also going to use OPKs for the first time. Would love this to be our month :o

Ewww, I really could have done without reading about poo-flingers first thing this morning! ;)

Typically we were too tired to BD last night, OH just did not get the hint when I kept saying that we should nip off to bed early so when we actually went to bed all we could do was sleep! We must BD tonight! :o

I definitely agree that the time from AF to ov. is even worse than that 2ww... am just so bored with it now.

Am now on CD6, but had a few false starts with spotting so seems more like CD9ish. Am really hoping we get to start BDing tonight. I know we're ages away from ov. but I think I might kill someone if I don't get some action soon:rotfl:, feeling a bit tense today!

    morning ladies :)

I'm currently on CD4, and my thermometer hasn't arrived yet. Will it be too late to start temping if it doesn't arrive before AF finishes? I'm getting some OPKs and pg test strips with it, and I said to DH last night I was going to try out the OPKs this month so we'd know when the best time to BD was, and he said ok! so I think I've convinced him we're trying now instead of waiting til April (or he wasn't listening :rotfl:). I've purloined a specimen cup from the lab store (there's a huge box and no one seems to use them for anything) which I can use for PIAC tests

that's great that DH is on board (or wasn't listening... I frequently use the 'I did tell you but you weren't listening' line as more often than not it's true...).

This will be my first month using OPKs too.. now, what to pee into?! :rotfl: Might add disposable plastic cups to the shopping list (do you think I should find a male checkout assistant so that any TTC females won't give me strange knowing looks when cough medicine, evening primrose oil and plastic cups go through the till??)

Could someone please point me in the right direction for info on cough medicine? Am willing to try anything at this stage!

I use a Jagermeister shot-glass for peeing in! :D It's long and thin so good for dipping sticks into. I also get a little giggle out of it! ;)

I am so proud of myself, it is day 3 of my diet and I've not wavered, despite finding an unopened box of Toffifee last night which I love! I've not had coffee all week either and I'm surviving, surprisingly! Gives me hope that I'll be able to give it up when I'm PG! :)
