Oil from ambi pur freshner has leaked onto my silver facia in the car causing the silver to come off has any one got any ideas as to what is the best thing to do. It would cost £83 to buy a new one facia i cant really afford that at the moment.

I had this happen to me years ago and since then i have stayed away from any liquid air freshners, i ended up changing the facia as there was no other cost efective way of solving.0

Why not send an e-mail to the Procter & Gamble customer services dept.
Tell them of the problem and you never know, they may be willing to pay for some or all of the replacement cost.
The chances are that they won't, but there's certainly no harm in asking.

It's a very common problem with these air freshners stripping the finish of the interior of dash boards.0
