just recieved my credit card statements from lloyds tsb as i'm trying to reclaim unfair charges,i took the card out in 2005 and noticed that i had payment protection cover for the first 3 years then it stopped suddenly,am i able to try to claim this money back???

Hi there,if you have valid reasons for mis sell,then yes you can.
Look here for reasons and if any/all apply to you then put a claim in.

The credit card number is the account number that you use,send the form (you will find this on the link i gave) to the cc company and give them 2 weeks to respond,they will acknowledge your claim and then you just wait for the next letter.0 -

If you think you were mis sold then yes, it seems you didn't know you had this, so give it a go.
Keep the charges side of it separately though.;)
To make a reclaim on the PPI, there is a questionnaire to complete, if you go directly on lloyds site its the same questionnaire on there and the details of where to send the complaint.
Keep a copy of it for yourself as well.
They currently have 16 weeks due to been give extra time by the FSA, it's usually 8 weeks.
