Having a more positive day - a dozen bread rolls are rising and a home made loaf is whirring in the breadmaker ready to be baked in a conventional oven.
Decided not to keep "popping to the shops for a loaf!"

Old Style would be proud, Elona:) Must admit I'm pretty nifty with the sourdough these days, but bread rolls always defeat me - come out like rocks!:rolleyes:Sazx

Same here. Can't get away from the feeling my best is never good enough.
Hey blinky!
It's funny you should say that hun - me three! I wonder how many of us here feel like that? I always feel that 100% isn't good enough - almost like I have to make up for something, though I don't know what. I'm terrible for worrying what people think. I shouldn't worry about others - I've got an Olympic gold medal in giving myself a hard time. It sometimes feels like all the wrong people, people who do nothing, people who don't care about others, have all the good things happening. Hmmm...
But you know what, I don't think caring about others and trying your best is something we should be trying to lose. Then we'd just be another sheep in the flock wouldn't we?
Sorry you've been poorly hun. Is it a side effect of any meds you're taking do you think? They can go away after a few weeks. Maybe time for blinky to go to the drs and have an MOT? Hoping your having a good day hun.

feelinggood wrote:Morning all, hope today is a brighter day for all.
Missed the doctors again, but its alright, as I've been forgetting my tablets, so can wait a couple more days.
Bad day here, so probably won't be around that much, hard to ask for help when you really need it
x
Hi feelie!
Sorry you've hit a rough patch angel. You're doing so well with the smoking and drinking hun - you should feel really proud.:T
Hun, it's really important for you to take all your tablets. If you didn't need 3 of them, the GP wouldn't give you them angel. It's very risky to mess around with your meds hun. You shouldn't let them stop feelie or they won't work properly - which may make things feel worse when you're in a rough spot. Please make a special effort to see your GP hun - we don't want anything happening to our feelie!
I hope today's going better for you hun.
Much Love,

i am having a mad day today, the rest of my week is full of appointments, managing your emotions tomorrow, dentist and psychiatrist weds, and next step on thursday, thing is tho, to go to next step i have to be appointed a community social worker, nurse thingy, cant remember what they called? and i think i should def have one, but things are going slow? so does anyone know how i chase this up?
ok on with the tidying of my room, not doing to bad with it, managed to throw alot of stuff out soo far, all went to charity today when i went to doctors.
hope all are ok today
keep safe and take care
much love xxxx
Hi rose!
How are you angel? I hope your class went well today hun. Are you feeling any better? You're like a rosie tornado - there's been no stopping you has there hun?:TYou're doing so well, although I know it's not always sunshine and roses even after we get the help. Just have to persevere sweetheart.
As far as a Community Social Worker or even a Community Psychiatric Nurse, you could ask GP to chase it up or contact your Consultant Psychiatrist's Secretary. There should be a phone number for them on your paperwork. Hang on you're seeing your psych. dr tomorrow aren't you hun? Perfect timing! Tell him how much better you think you'll feel with one and ask if there's anything he can do.
Good luck with the dentist hun. Rather you than me!:D Now you hang in there angel - you may have a few blips but you'll get over them. Blips are normal and temporary ok hun? Take care angel.
Much Love,
