Hi been away from here for a while hope everyone is ok and had a nice christmas and new year! I still can't sleep at night as you can tell by the time of this post, still have not found a job where I live its difficult finding somthing where I am becuase its a small village in the country which is really fustrating and staying around the house is not helping my friend has a drug problem with 'speed' and he is getting into debt because of his habbit his dad died of cancer a few ears ago I tried to help him out but he still ends up using it no matter what I say to him so in a way his problem is my problem and that is knocking me down too!

Hi williamo. Good to hear from you. Have you had a chat with your GP about your sleep difficulties? Are there any neighbouring towns that might have work available or would that be tricky transport-wise? Seems you really have enough on your own plate right now without having to cope with your friends problems, but I know when it's a friend it's hard to say no. Big hugs, Sazxxx

Ahh, the healing benefits of a good cuppa :) It can feel like things are going round and round after a session, I hope you can make sense of some of the feelings you are having. You are amazingly strong, very proud of you :) Have you got another long day today? Its grey and dreary here, same there?

    Hi folks,

Been trying to readback last 6 days - I'm still 12 pages behind!!
I gotta go to bed now - 6am starts/12hr days all week.

Been offered counselling (few weeks waiting list) - very nervous.
After three tearful days i've been very normal for last 4 days.
Did my first day of my HSE course today.

I'll try to be more verbose tomorrow.

    Love to all

    Badgie xx

Hi gilly - you've been slacking on your reading up hun!:D I was nervous about counselling too, and while I'm not going to pretend it's easy, it's definitely been worth it for me. Look forward to hearing more of your news. Sazxx

Aww you're very kind. But you're a strong little feelie too, y'know. We've got an all-day meeting at a bloomin' hotel tomorrow and then a half-day meeting on Thursday morning, so wil be a longish day today getting stuff prepared. I hate these longwinded meetings, just a load of people too fond of the sound of their own voices, IYKWIM! Waffle City! Will be glad when they're over and I can get on with some real work:)

Yeah, weather's pretty much the same here. I can't bear it when it's like this - it's like being covered in a damp, grey blanket:rolleyes: But apparently there'll be storms on Thursday?

I am up and feeling really triggered by bullying I have witnessed. I really feel for the person who is being bullied and it is triggering my feelings of isolation I have had all my life.

So called caring people called my parents and spouse have let me down. They ignore my cries and not take me seriously. I try to keep a brave face on it but I need someone I can relax with and someone who I can trust. When I do trust someone, they hurt me and when I say I feel hurt, I am ignored or got at.

    I feel very alone now.

Hi CC, trusting is hard, there's no denying it. And I'll be honest - I'm the world's worst at it. I'd be inclined to say the only person you can really trust is yourself, but I know that's neither helpful, nor true. Sx

The devilery guy reckoned there was going to be storms, doesn't look that much like it, but who knows. I thought we were supposed to have snow last week? I hoped so! Sunday was a lovely day though :)

And all day meeting? That sounds like a nightmare! Hopefully they'll feed you though! You should get some of those glasses with eyes painted on them so you can sleep through it hehe.

I've got to go for lunch, really don't want to - I'm really, really worried about a friend of mine. I don't think they'll come here, but if they do - I just want you to know that you are a great friend and I'm thinking of you. Hope you are okay. x
