That will be you once you have lost that much the pounds just start falling off. Great achievement, you must be proud and rightily so.Its great when you start to put your clothes on and they are a bit loose , makes you feel brill.
Keep it up- im sure you will , it wont be long till another few pounds and then a stome- and then 2 stone .:beer: ( diet drink that is )

Thanks Cat, am on a real high now. Just keep thinking if I lose 2lbs this week, then that will be half a stone gone already! I have started noticing it a bit in my trousers already, they are starting to feel a little looser. I will be slimmer by the time I get on the beach, am determined!!

Just got back from the g.p. with a month's supply of thyroid medication - asked for three months but the government won't let them! Given that it is an incurable condition and essential medication then it seems a crazy situation.

Re meds - I think the reason it's done like that sometimes is if it's a controlled drug. They can't by law, give out more than a certain amount of certain drugs.

We think of them as meds and it's easy to forget that they are strong drugs. Another chance for me to say don't forget the bank holidays on Friday and Monday coming so order your meds so you won't run out.;)
:money: If you're on a drug for life, you may be entitled to get it free, regardless of if you're working etc. I think you have to ask your gp. I will try and go through the Tiff files and see where I found that nugget of info.:rolleyes: Don't forget either that there's a benefits board on the site - always worth doing the MSE benefits check.:T

Ok guys - Tiff is off again.:rolleyes: It's my sister's 40th today bless her, so I've got to drop off pressies. We're not very very close sadly, but there you go.;) Before I do that however, I've got to separate DS from his pillow and pit!:D :rolleyes: Usually takes 2 hours...but there again, I've got a whip now!
