yeah.. so far so good.. 4 hrs to go.. :eek:

I know that if I eliminate carbs and starchy foods my moods lift a lot.. its just that those things are comfort foods aint they.. feeling miserable so we reach for the stodge.. well I do anyway, hence being a miserable lardyarse, lol

and some ppl posted pics last night, dunno what page number it is tho

great news bout the biopsy too.. see? you can't keep a good cat down!!
