    OK folkes,

I have never experienced a blacker time on here than last night.
I don't mean from me really - but from those posting. I almost felt ashamed to be posting on here as you all seemed to be playing Depression Top Trumps.

I would love to be a wonderful person one day. And it is so nice to meet some.

    xxxx

Gilly.. I don't think it's a case of trumps.. more just sharing feelings and experiences... It did make me realise something tho.. I would feel a helluva lot less depressed if my daughter wasn't how she is, I'm not blaming her for being ill cos I know somehow it's my fault for doing something wrong to her when she was smaller, even tho I still dont know what it was.

Thank you for what you shared with us.. reading everyone's stories and insights sort of helps me to recognise things about myself and my own situation, that maybe i wouldn't have realised otherwise. I think that's what makes this thread so fantastic.. we all learn from each other in a weird kind of way.

You're already a wonderful person as is all of our little family here, and you aint met me yet ;) xxxxxxxxx

I tried aero bubbles for the first time today.
    Not bad at all.

Girls are gonna love the way I toss my hair. Boys are gonna hate the way I seem.

I would rather drown with you than watch the surf with someone else

I'm good ta.. scoffing chocolate so all's well with the world, lmfao

Went shopping and bought some furry cushions for the couch, reduced from £20 to £3.49 so I got three, then i got a new tin opener, some carving knives (mine keep disappearing), some tea towels, a new lippy and a few bits n bobs that i really didn't need but...... :D

You learning to drive? my ex hubby started off teaching me but one day I stopped the car in the middle of a dual carriage way and told him to shove the gearstick up his (_|_) and after that I got professional lessons, lol

Thank you feelinggood. I am so scared of going to the doctor as I am worried others will think I am just being stupid. On the outside I probably have a nice life, loving husband, lovely child, but on the inside I just feel so useless.

My child has been at school a few years and my husband is making noises about me going back to work. I really do not think I could cope with any kind of job at the moment and don’t know what to do. Being at home for so long has kind of helped me manage these feelings as home is “safe”.

I once went to a doctor about 8 years ago, after my child was born, as I was feeling very low. The doctor refused to help and this has put me off ever going again. I know I need to go, but am worried he will just tell me to get over myself.

I read your post and I could almost have been reading about myself , the thought of going and pouring out all my troubles to a stranger would be devastating , but my husband tends to ignore me when Im very down ,which is the worst thing he could do, I dont think he knows how to cope with it.
