All you can do is your best Gilly.. if you don't pass, can you take the test again? At least if that's the case then next time you'll know what to expect and be better prepared :)

You know this brain feeding you're doing.. what does it entail and is it working? Cos I reckon I could do with some of that, I have big problems with retaining information and sometimes I'm like studentphil, reading and reading and nothing making sense or sinking in. I'm taking vitamin D and Omega 3 when I remember but not noticing anything :/

    Big huggs xxxxxxxxxxx

My OH has been seeing a top nutritionist for a while to help with his depression. After having allergy tests, turns out he's slightly intolerant to gluten/wheat and has cut all of this out of his diet, as per her advice, along with sugar/sweeteners, which can play havac with your blood sugar levels and, therefore, mood. She's also put him on high doses of various vitamins and one of them is Omega 3 tablets. He's always telling me that the effectiveness of the tablets depends on the brand, i.e. forget Holland & Barratt, etc. and go for (preferably) Higher Nature, which he takes. Solgar and Bio Care are also good though, unfortunately, these good quality vitamins/minerals are pretty expensive of course:rolleyes:. His nutritionist's opinion (she's a "disciple" of Patrick Holford) is that we cannot possibly get all the vitamins/minerals we need from a balanced diet and all need to take supplements.

After about six months, he's loads better and I'm sure all the above has helped a lot. Although he's on Lithium (mood stabiliser), it's always made him feel "flat" (his words) and he now seems to have more life and vigour.icon7.gif
    Wins since 2009 = £17,600

    MANY THANKS TO ALL OPS

I feel really peed off just now

I haven't slept well and it is getting to me, the viewings are getting less and less and got bad feedback from the last one.

March is looming and it is such a dead month. I feel like I am stuck and it's doing my nut!

I also feel like everyone is ignoring and abandoning me too.

    I want to scream!
    An average day in my life:hello: :eek::mad: :coffee::coffee::coffee::T :o :rotfl: :rotfl: :p :eek::mad: :beer:
I am no expert in property but have lived in many types of homes, in many locations and can only talk from experience.
  • Before I go to bed.. has anyone seen/heard from Tiff in the last few days? Not seen her online at all and I've emailed her but not got a reply so I'm getting a bit worried..

Sazbomber.. hope your counselling went ok and you're not too shattered.. hope you sleep well and see you tomorrow xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Hi hun :hello: Bless your heart for asking. Yes I survived. Is v. gruelling tho tbh. Not so much during the session, but an hour or two afterwards it all kicks in and the tears start :( Like a delayed reaction - weird. And didn't sleep too good either, guess I had stuff turning over in my head...

As gem says, at least you've got a month's respite re DD. Let's hope she settles down.

    How's you today?

    Love,
    Sazbomberxxxxx

I know it's a different system in scotland hun, but can you not try a different agent - maybe you'd get more viewings through someone else? Just a thought.

I tell whoever needs the number that I just got the phone (lie - had it over a year) and then at least I know how to go into the menu and find the number!
Girls are gonna love the way I toss my hair. Boys are gonna hate the way I seem.

I would rather drown with you than watch the surf with someone else
