:rotfl: Sorry not for hire. Only cooking for two at the moment. Need to build up my confidence in my cooking. I enjoy cooking, just need to build my confidence and skills :o

    Hope the builder turns up.

As long as you enjoy it, that's the main thing really.

Surprise, surprise he hasn't turned up. Cross Sazzy  Breathe IN through the nose, OUT throught the mouth, and relaaaaaax...........

    Leaving for work now.

Thanks CC hun. They really are the pits. Thing is they're actually my upstairs neighbour's builders who caused damage to my ceilings when putting new flooring down above me. So they (the builders) promised me, before xmas, that they would make good the damage. Basically filling, sanding and painting holes in the plaster - which would be half a days work MAX (and yes I know I could easily do it myself, but why should I when they caused the damage?) but here we are in mid February and it's still not finished. Pardon me for being naive, but I just find that totally unacceptable. In my line of work, if you continually no-showed like that, you woudn't last 5 minutes (in fact, the editor was sacked yesterday!), yet somehow in the building trades, it's tolerated. I think it's the assumption that somehow your time is automaticallly less important or valuable than theirs. Grrr and then because of problems on the underground, what should have been a 45 min journey to work took twice that time, but don't start me on that!.... ok sazzy rant over, gonna make a cuppa and calm down!!;):o:D

    Love to you all,
