Plusnet Market area changes

I got Martin's email today with the mention of PlusNet Value at £6.49 for broadband. Being an existing customer paying more than this, I just checked availability for my street (I put in my neighbour's address) and found that as a new customer I would qualify for the £6.49 deal, however it wasn't showing as an available option to change to on my existing account.
Having contacted PlusNet they said that there has been some changes to their market definition areas. We now qualify as a cheaper area and they have moved me onto the cheaper deal, but only because I asked for it. They are not doing it automatically. I was paying £12.99 previously.
If you are a PlusNet Value customer and have been for some time, it would be worth checking to see if your street has changed area.
