Wageday Advance

Hi All,
I have recently defaulted on a loan with Wageday Advance. I followed all the guidelines on here and moved bank accounts etc so they haven't been able to take any money from my account.
I have written to them outlining my change of circumstances and making them an offer of the maximum amount I can afford to pay each month. This has been ignored. I need their bank details to enable me to make payments but they won't provide them to me.
I have received an email today which contains a litigation letter stating that if I don't clear the debt within 7 days they will make an attachement of earnings order or seize my belongings to the value of the debt.
Does anyone have any advice on this matter? Can they make an attachement of earnings or send bailiffs round if they haven't even bothered to give me a chance to repay the debt as I have offered?
Thanks.

no. they cant just do that
even if they went to court, they cant just do that. you would always have a chance to make an offer to pay first0 -
Hi there
Wageday Advance are one of my creditors on my DMP.
I'll be honest, they were the worst one to deal with, took a bit of setting up.
If you have your Account number with them (mine is a 5-digit number), you just need the bank details to pay them by SO, then if it did go to court, you can show you've been paying. I suppose an alternative option would be to send a cheque each month, but take a photocopy and note the cheque number, and watch for it being cashed on your bank statement to ensure they are taking the money. Also send recorded obviously!
I just had a look to see if I can find their account details for you, but they're nowhere obvious...sorry
Good luck!
