how long do i have to wait for sky?

hi everyone
i am moving into a newbuild flat in 4 weeks time.
i have decided to get sky unlimited broadband and phone.
i am finding the sky website confusing. can anyone please tell me how long i will have to wait for my phone line and internet after placing the order?
because the block is not yet registered as an address when sky check, i will probably have to place the order as soon as i move into the flat. of course i would really like to order now so that i have a phone etc as soon as i move into the property
many thanks
/bob

A new build flat may not allow individual dishes anyway, a communal system is a more likely requirement-have you checked the leasehold conditions in this respect, or asked the managing agents?
Until the address is on the BT database there will be no way to get BT OR to install a line.

So you can get the TV working. But until the address data is sorted BT will not be able to do the install. There is normally a 3-4 week wait from order to install regardless.
There's no connection between the Sky TV install and the phone/broadband install-Sky only do the former.

If you're taking your line rental from Sky, then Sky arrange the number and install. But the actual install is done by BT Openreach (not the same thing as BT Retail).
If you take your line rental from BT, then BT Retail arrange the install with OR.
