hey ..after i took my test i couldnt log in and answer questions until after i had my email - so im guessing you are thru - the email hasnt gone to your junk mail or something?

Weirdly, I JUST had my email... maybe it was delayed somehow! Anyway, I got through Yay!

I had an email on friday requesting me to do the readiness test. bit nervous lol but will be getting that done sometime today.

Ive gone for factfinder, so fingers crossed!!!!!

Anyone any idea what facilitators are supposed to do when asked for directions? (road, rail, bus) Is there an easy way to answer or should we send on to a factfinder?
Just want to make sure I'm doing the correct thing.

Thanks - That's what I've mainly been doing, but then if you get loads of them (like I have today) you find your ratio falls way down. Is that something we should bother about? I know they say we should be answering 50%
Then there's the restaurants or things to do questions that take time.
I think maybe just now they are generating these questions so that they can get put in the PAQs and make it quicker and easier to answer when a real customer asks these questions.

Until they fill the database with answers there is gonna be a lot to pass on I think. I answer them if the information is quick to find, otherwise I pass them on.
