Thanks to the OP for this information.
I decided to give it a go, and passed the initial tests for factfinder. I did go for facilitator but did rush it a bit and failed, so annoyed with myself!!!
Anyway, Ive read through the training etc and have now got to do the readiness test. May leave it for a bit as have got a few busy days coming up! Can anyone tell me how long the final readiness test is please?LBM: April 2009 - honest debt figure: Secured: £0.00!! (paid back april 2017) unsecured: £53117.48 (roughly) back with CCCS starting again:(0 -
Sorry, can't tell you how long the readiness test is for factfinder. I'd originally wanted to try for that as I preferred the sound of it, but did the opposite of you and because I was double-checking answers to make sure I was accurate I must have ran out of time and failed that test.
Passed the first test for facilitator, so would be happy if I got that. Did the readiness test yesterday. Some of the questions were easy to answer, but there were a couple that I was unsure of exactly how to answer, so guess it'll depend on those whether I get through or not.
Hope so - Could do with some extra pennies!0 -

I did exactly that and am earning money on both accounts. The only thing different is email address - I used a different one for my Facilitator account although not sure if you need to. NI number and everything else was the same.
And...I referred myself and even though I didn't get the £10 referral fee (don't know why), I'm getting 10% of all earnings.0 -
Hi guys, so just to clarify, if an answer can't be found in the PAQ's or the web answers on the right of the screen, do we just send it to a factfinder? I have had google open, and looked things up in order to find an answer, for instance when someone asks about a train journey or who won a football match etc? should I not do that?what goes around, comes around...........0

If all the facilitators done that then there would be no need for the factfinders!
I think if the answer isn't instantly available you send it on....Neil0 -

Well, I got an e-mail last night to say I'm now a facilitator, so happy about that.
Did a little last night, but not many - Going away this weekend, so will see how I get on in earnest next week.
Did though get a couple of questions asking what was on at certain cinemas. The cinemas were linked in the web area, but obviously it didn't just list the movies - They were there with times. So information was there, but because of character limit obviously couldn't just cut and paste the whole lot. Takes a little while to cut and paste all titles showing. Any other ideas of what to do when asked what's showing at a cinema to speed it up?
Only thing I'd be concerned about with sending lots on is that you may need to watch the amount you send on. I know it says you shouldn't send on more than 50%. Think I may have sent on about 20% out of what I did last night. What ratio are others sending on?0 -
I don't usually do any cutting and pasting for cinema enquiries. The question is usually 'what is playing in X town' so i'll go to either the Vue, Odeon or Ciniworld in that town, note down a few of the films showing, give a til when date. Give them as many as I can, address and date. The results are pretty constant for the country too.
PAQs are rubbish so FF rate can really vary, I don't worry about it too much , i'm more concerned that I give the right answer, I don't need anymore of those emails so percentage really varies..0 -
Just been doing some and have had to send quite a few on. Guess it really does depend on questions and suppose as FF answer more questions there should be more likelihood in finding an answer in PAQ.
Past 2 questions though have been easy and answer has been there in PAQ.0
