Breakdown Cover - Ferroli

During 2006 we had a Ferroli Combi boiler installed which to be fair as been extremely reliable with Ferroli themselves looking after it via a competitively priced yearly service plan which again expires this Sept (2011) I was happy to renew for a further year until I found out they have SOLD OUT to the dreaded HomeServe :eek: and all of our details will move over to them plus HS are putting up the price from £13.50 to £15.00 which is just under 11.5% based on the last years premiums - I don't think so Ferroli / Homeserve !
Can anyone recommend a reliable service provider for:
Breakdown Cover 24/7
Annual Service Included
Parts / Labour Included
No Additional Costs (XS)
Reasonable Monthly Direct Debit

Manufacturer warranties remain a key part of our business with core renewable policies (where we have a direct ongoing relationship with the customer) increasing by 30% to 503k. Over the past twelve months we have commenced marketing and administrating Dyson‟s manufacturer warranty scheme in the UK, and subsequent to the year end, in April 2011, we have signed a deal with Ferroli, an Italian boiler manufacturer, to take over management of their warranty programme.
