Cheap broadband - beware of Primus!

I've just been on the way to signing up for the Primus broadband & phone line deal. Fortunately, I read the 'Terms & Conditions' carefully! They CHARGE extra for using Skype (voip) .... "approximately 5p/minute".

How?
They would need to be monitoring VOIP traffic, which would be concerning.These are my thoughts and no one else's, so like any public forum advice - check it out before entering into contracts or spending your hard earned cash!
I don't know everything, however I do try to point people in the right direction but at the end of the day you can only ever help yourself!0 -
Well I've just searched for Skype in http://www.primussaver.co.uk/phone-broadband_18months_terms.html and it isn't there nor can I see any mention of VOIP or indeed anything remotely like it.
I'm not sure if it was you or me that failed to take sufficient heed of our mothers warnings in our youth.0
