I log in - I'm welcomed by name - so all correct password etc
then I click on continue and the next page appears but it's blank apart from this tiny message in red at the top of the screen:
"ZYRSA012 : Device print script results are mandatory."
Can't proceed to my account.
Is it me or is it them?
Just want to make sure it's still there.

I have had the same problem being unable to log in at all. Switched to Google Chrome browser and hey presto I was able to log in. Hope this helps.0
