OH saw advert offering 3 months espn free for existing sky sports subscribers during last night's footy. I've been checking online today and can't see any catch.
However, can you cancel 31 days before the end of the 3 months without any problem or do they make you stay till the end of the 12 months. Will phone them later when I get back to confirm but just thought I'd see if anyone else had done it.

It's showing as 3 months free ESPN when you subscribe to the Sports Pack or join Sky TV-not for existing Sky Sports subscribers.
After 3 months it's £9pm.
Unless what you saw is a different offer? No free lunch, and no free laptop

It definetly applies to exsisting users as I got it over the weekend..I emailed SKY on Sunday and it was switched on for me by Monday0

There's no sign of a contract this season so far. They did run this offer last year until August without a contract as in this case. Then at some point it changed to a 12 month contract tie-in but agents weren't told for several weeks which was fun when customers called at the end of the 3 months

Just to say thanks for the input. I telephoned yesterday and definitely confirmed existing customers to sky sports could have espn for three months free. Also confirmed could give notice 31 days before the end of the free period and wouldn't be charged or tied into a 12 month contract.
Seemed to me there must be a catch but hopefully not!0 -
Is there still a free ESPN for 3 months offer for existing customers?
I'm wondering should I phone them.0 -
Yes it is free for 3 months ,but you must remember to cancel it before you start having to pay for it because it just carries on and you will be charged.
ESPN is included with virgin xl package and sky have the cheek to charge for it..0 -
Hi, anyone know if this is still available?
I am currently on 6 months half price and wondering if that would affect me getting it free for 3 months?
