One of the print outs of the OP was handed to a Euro car park attendant who was sat in his car reading a book in Lidl's car park in Huddersfield today. He didn't like it and when i was driving off he marched into the shop.
I'd love to know what was said. I would have stuck it on all the cars infront of him but unfortunately it was raining. I keep hundreds in the car and they get stuck on windscreens and i would urge others to follow too.
Remember it's YOUR time to get your own back now, the sent you into a tizz with their scam invoices get your own back by getting the word out.0 -

According to the BPA (in regard to those dire warnings on PPC tickets saying "it's an offence for anyone but the driver to remove this ticket") it's theft. The PPC attendant would be committing the same "offence" if he removed Driver8's notices. They can't have it both ways. What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0 -

Yeah I noticed that warning on a ticket on a car couple weeks back. Didn't stop me removing it and putting my little note inside though.0 -
This is the actual reply I received from the BPA:-
If an operator issues a PCN to a vehicle the PCN is the property of the operator and the driver of the vehicle. Any person removing the notice without permission is in fact committing an act of theft, an offence, because it is the unauthorised removal of private property. Whether it is a parking ticket, a flyer or any other item it is still an act of theft (my underlining). The PCN does not mention that an offence has been committed by the act of parking, in breach of the terms and conditions of parking, only that it is an offence for any authorised person to remove it from the vehicle. That offence would be theft because the PCN doesn’t belong to anyone other than the operator and the driver of the vehicle.
I wrote back to them asking how many people had been prosecuted for this heinous crime. Answer came there none. What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0 -
I bet the BPA must love you trisontana. You must be on the list of people that they want clamped before the ban.Still waiting for Parking Eye to send the court summons! Make my day!0

They cannot touch what is not their's. I actually give them to the attendants and it doesn't half wind them up. I gave one to a Euro car park chimp last week in Lidl, sat in a red Doblo reading a book, he put the book down and stormed into the shop, i'd love to know what was said.
I have just printed another 400 off too.0
