Just one my my irritations really lol
Thanks. I thought that's what you were going to say, but I was not sure.No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?0 -

Maybe if customers "get on your wick" by asking you to provide them with details that meet their criteria you should consider changing career to a less public facing one as you seem to have problems with the fact that consumers have a choice and they have every right to action this choice however they see fit
Just my thoughts...The proof that some people really are opinionated and ignorant

What MissMotivation was saying is that it's a stupid question. They should be asking for bargain-priced properties, not repos. It gets her wick that loads of ignorant people come in and ask the same stupid question all the time.No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?0 -
A good salesman would convert the request into a "i've got some suitable properties here from sellers desparate to move" IMHO...0

But it shouldn't people have a right to choice in their purchases - they have opted to choose repos. The fact that a consumer knows what it is they want to purchase should be received gratefully (as many don't) and not seen as an issue of ignoranceThe proof that some people really are opinionated and ignorant

So the question should be:
Can I ask why you are interested in repos?0 -
There is a repro round the corner from our house, it's up for such a low amount of money it's dramatically reduced the value of our house.
I know they want a quick sale, but !!!!!!!!saving up another deposit as we've lost all our equity.
We're 29% of the way there...0 -

Yes, I totally agree. It's quite possibly what MissM does, but even so she has a right to be exasperated. No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?0 -
Its a little bit like "I need a form of transport to get me from the airport train station in this city to the airport train station in that city. So you'd better sell me a car." It does the job but it isn't necessarily the best solution to the buyer's problem.0
