    I don't think it is too late to call and ask for a copy - the worst they can do is say no/run out of them etc. As posted by others, the content in the actual paper copy is far more extensive than on the website. It's worth a go!

    The freephone number is not the one you need now - I was asked to call another number --> (0207) 713 4001.
