i'l pen together a small email and sign it from each amazon user that wants to get involved with their user names...it'l be done by 2nite ..if you want to get involved pm me your amazon username and your order number..if you do not want to do this..just give me your name and i'l sign that instead...i don't know how comfortable people are with disclosing their names so first names will do if you don't want to.0

Don't think Amazon are going to do anything even if you email them, out of interest I emailed them and asked how come my order vanished off my account as other people had their despatched etc....
This was the response from amazonDear XXXXXXXX,
Unfortunately, at this time I do not have any more information than
was emailed to you about this item.
It was priced in error at a lower cost and I can assure you that any
orders that have not been dispatched will not be sent at the
previous incorrect price.
Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this has caused.
Please note: this e-mail was sent from an address that cannot accept
incoming e-mail.
Warmest regards

True. The only positive attitude to take is Good Luck to the people who managed to get one. Perhaps next time it will be our turn.don2345 wrote:Note the above sentence. Seems like amazon do accept that some have been sent out which is unfair on all the other orders that were cancelled.
No point in complaining - it will just identify you as a "misprice chaser" and may sour your chances in the future. Can I help?0 -

But I didn't know it was a misprice when I ordered, I thought it was a genuine special offer and I'm sure a lot of other people who ordered it thought so too. I never usually bother going for misprice offers and I'm not a "misprice chaser".
If we don't complain then Amazon won't know how dissatisfied we are about this will they? I realise Amazon probably don't care about their customers but at least I'll feel better if I let them know I'm not happy about this!0 -
we have to complain just for the fact amazon is a big company and they have standards, the way they have dealt with the issue is very poor. Sorry I will post the letter soon I have been extremely busy with exams etc0
