yeh i have wrote some mad emails to the people through the contact us form going to the "wheres my stuff" department. Don't bother phoning as it's useless. Write consistent emails saying yourself and a large group of members are thoroughly dissatisfied with the service. Talk about how it is totally unfair that some customers received it but other's didnt and say they have lost your future custom in all cases. Say you will not stop until the complaints are resolved in a satisfactory manner.
any other suggestions? lol0 -
I got my whoops! now sod off letter aswell.
Oh well, maybe the next offer somewhere we will be luckier.0 -

I'll get involved, wanted the boxset for my other half as a bday pressie as he has got the rest of the boxsets, so pretty gutted i couldnt get it for him.
How do u think we can go about complaining, to get it at the price we ordered it at?0 -

yeh using the links don posted folow the email pattern i suggested. The main thing is to keep our emails similar so they know we are complaining as a group..a better option would be to all write identical emails signed by all of us and all send them from our accounts..if we can get around 10 people together it's worth it0

Got my cancellation email too. Not happy that they've honoured some and not others. It's a shame some people go mad and order loads as it highlights the mistake.Make £10 a day in January 2014 - £39.68 / £3100

026-1580350-18956*** although don't think this will help much.
I posted a Disney boxset offer on the grabbit board before christmas after ordering a copy for my kids. Even though my order was one of the first (if not the first) it was cancelled but orders placed after mine were accepted and dispatched. The Amazon order fulfilment process is more luck dip than organised and systematical. Some you win, some you lose and I was one of the few lucky ones on this occasion.
Better luck next time!Moneysaving is costing me a fortune!0
