If it was a misprice then I don't understand why some people got it anyway. Surely they would have had to cancel all orders. I guess they just ran out of stock and could not re-order cheap enough...

having missed out on the mis-priced ipod nano a little while back i didnt take any chances and ordered this as soon as OP posted.

you MUST choose at least first class delivery to stand a chance of getting these items, because once they have been allocated to dispatch its too late to recall them! those that have chosen free delivery or those with 4-6 weeks wait i'm afraid will not get them...

I've just had the cancellation email too. Can anyone definitely confirm that they have received the box set at the reduced price of £6.97? If so then I am going to contact Amazon and query their email, as they are saying I can't have it as it was incorrectly priced on the site. If this is the case then nobody at all should be receiving their orders should they?

yeh i was thinking the same thing Minerva if one of the buyers who got the dvd at 6.97 gaves us their order number after they've received the goods (there is no chance it will be rescinded after you've received goods) us lot that didnt get the order would definitely have ground's on which to argue. I don't know about you lot but i don't feel like letting this offer go, regular and consistent complaints until our deals are honoured would be a fine course of action, who's with me? loll

I think if you check your account you'll find they haven't, amazon have a policy of not taking payment until the goods are dispatched..but i think we do have some rights if enough people are willing to get involved

i have just checked, and the amount was reserved on my account a couple of days ago, but is now showing as not reserved now! count me in if there is going to be a rebellion lets put our heads together and see what we can do
