3 cs feedback text pointless!

Hi,

After almost an hour to cs at 3 about an upgrade on fri night,i was speaking to a manager who said he would call me back in 15 mins,still haven't had the call back:mad:This evening I received a text from them to ask mr to rate their cs,oviously gave bad feedback,but final text was to text my comments. After a lengthy moaning text I received a reply saying they no longer can accept any comments!!!:mad:more time wasted!!!!

I was infuriated enough to call them and was told a)the original manager WILL call me and b) (which I had to ask about again!)the text message needs to be replied to within 72 hours,I told her I had only just received the text a few minutes before and had responded straight away,asked her if there was any record of them sending it to me and if there was a time logged?
she said there was a record of their's and mine but their text didn't have a date or time (which I can't believe!:mad:)

Anyone else had this experience? Is it a tactic to send late texts on purpose to people who have a grievance or is it really a mistake? Somehow I think I may know the answer already!:(

    Hang on are you complaining about writing a moaning long text message which they have not received?

    Or they have received your comments? But not within time to do what? They are just feedback for your experience, hardly likely anyone will bother reading what you tell them.

    I normally just don't bother with these feedbacks - every company seems to be doing them and a waste of time and energy.

    Hope you sort out the real issue about your upgrade.

    No they sent my feedback text about 72 hours after my call,then told me my response was too late! I answered it within 20 mins!

    What i am saying is,normally a text like that would be sent within 24 hours,they sent mine after the deadline so it is not logged!? On purpose,because I wasn't happy on the phone??

    Apparently automated,not so sure:(

    Well I have had texts from t-mobile a week or so after I called them about something.

    There is no point in you getting more upset about it - just don't give them feedback in future. Its all futile (in my opinon), marketing department gimmicks to show they as a company care about the customer.

    Sort out your upgrade issue and ditch them next time (unless they offer you some exceptional offer). That is what I do with most companies I deal with.
