Call me stupid but i dont unserstand any of what you mean,
In that case I don't think I can be of further help, except to (again) point you in the direction of the BACS link I provided earlier. Go through the "Guarantee" line by line and determine if the set-up process, including notification, has been fully complied with.
If not, the bank *must* make an immediate refund. You do not need to "prove" anything, you just need to tell the bank there was no notice.0 -
Edit cos just see the OP's latest post - what it was "supposed to be" is irrelevant. Only what the copy mandate says is relevent. No copy mandate, no entitlement to dip into the OP's account - on any date.0

I have no DD confirmation just a credit agreement to say the amount i owe, the amount i have to pay and the terms of my agreement, and as i said the box that is supposed to have the date in is blank and i have recieved no letter of any type to say a confirmed direct debit date just this 1 and only credit agreement, it doesnt even contain a copy of a dd garuantee scheme that shouldnormally come with something set up on a DD. i litteraly was asked by the tool salesperson that my date would be the 5th so as far as i new that was that.
thanks for all your help0
